Conversation classes are great at Berges! The collection of short stories that comes with the class is a great jumping off point because we speak about topics that might not come up otherwise. We start out with suggested topics, but quickly veer towards other things--as any good conversation does.

Great opportunity to improve Spanish-speaking skills. Would have been nice to have more diverse range of conversation topics. Enjoyed when there would be a topic presented for discussion.

Classes are engaging and fun and move at a good pace. Lessons and course materials are presented in a clear manner.

I've taken basic conversation twice. The first time around the class was smaller which I preferred. It was easier to get everyone involved in the conversation and we were able to just talk about current events and our lives and have real conversations that seemed natural. The second time around they added a book that was meant to prompt our conversations. The book was good for learning new vocabulary and practicing throughout the week but the topics aren't the most interesting so having a conversation around them seemed a little forced. Overall I recommend this course to help you get comfortable speaking spanish

I definitely recommend this course if you want to become more confident in your speaking abilities.

Great class. The most important part of learning a language is being able to communicate well with other people and this class will give you the foundation for speaking in Spanish. Rolando was a great teacher and very patient.

Overall great program, learned a lot and feel like my speaking skills improved.

Thanks to Nicholas our instructor it is very informal and unthreatening. The atmosphere is very upbeat and supportive.
